Sorry David, toilet paper is ALWAYS over - so that you can find the end. You see, if the toilet paper is under, you have to spin it to find the end.
So, there you have it.
Sue and I always have this same argument.....I say over, she says under. Over is just neater and who want's to have to be touching the wall with dirty hands to find the end of the roll? That is just nasty!
I have been known to change toilet rolls that were facing the wrong (under) way when visiting friends/family who happened to make such a mistake....

Now how did you all know that I was over and David is under? I guess because over is CORRECT.
Jod, the toilet seat is not even poll-worthy. Any man who wants to stay married knows that the toilet seat belongs DOWN.
Heather, I do that too-----over is so much the way it should go, that I, too, change it when I find it wrong !
Under is just plain WRONG !
OK I have to chime in. Although it's easier to find the end when it's over, it's also much easier to use an excessive amount of paper when it's over too. But then again what do I know...(that's rhetorical no need to answer...)

Mom, I don't know who that was. I accused David of voting twice, but he swears he didn't. Maybe it was Elmer? I think we can safely say it was a

The other no vote was Sue! And....she thinks she is right. I told you she and I have argued this point for years!
