Gee, give the kid credit------she apologized ! If she were a lost cause, she wouldn't do that. I imagine if Anna talked to her about her "ishoos" she would find out what really is going on and not only would the girl be helped, they might even become friends.
I think she needs a friend and Anna just might be that person.
No, mom, you're exactly right. I always tell Anna that when people are grumpy or mean or "evil" it's because they are unhappy or sad or scared. I told her that I think this girl needs a friend and that maybe Anna can invite her to play with them. She says she's tried and she'll keep trying, bless her little heart.
I agree, she heard it somewhere. Kids don't come up with that on their own. She may end up 16 and hurting people because she has ishoos! Bless Anna's heart for trying but some people....you just need to be polite and distance yourself from them. Although, I have to admit.....it was cute to see her apology, of sorts.
